Through the Looking Glass Inspiration (Tuesday Feb. 25 AHW)

I got the idea of the story through the looking glass from…

'Alice in Wonderland' and 'the Wizard of Oz' really inspired me into writing this.

Here are some key features that each gave.

Alice in Wonderland

This has a feeling of wonder to it with the key character of Dorothy. 

In an older version of the movie it was called 'Alice Through the Looking Glass' which inspired me to write that story starter. Also the descriptions of what Alice saw in the book make it easy to write your own.

The Wizard of Oz

The magic and evil in this make you feel on the edge when watching the movie. I wanted suspense in my story, also. And in the movie 'Oz the Great and Powerful' the animations make you feel like you are really in Wonderland.
